Polyline Introduces Customer Reward Program

Customers who Register Early Will Receive EM2B Dollars for Qualifying Purchases Already Made

To help introduce our new Earn Money 2 Burn program, Polyline customers who enroll in the program at www.PolylineCorp.com/EM2B/ by June 30 will receive rewards for qualifying items they have already purchased.

Every time a customer enrolled in the Earn Money 2 Burn program purchases CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, inkjet cartridges, thermal ribbons, media kits or disc packaging, he'll receive 2% back in the form of Earn Money 2 Burn Dollars. The EM2B dollars can then be used for the purchase of disc printers, duplicating towers, disc publishing units and extended warranties – any brand or model we carry.

"We've been thinking of a way to reward Polyline customers for some time now," said Michael Schlobohm, Chief Operating Officer for Polyline. "We really wanted to create a program that was meaningful and could help our customers and we believe the EM2B program can do just that."

Schlobohm noted that, with the weak economy, many companies and organizations are delaying purchasing or updating their disc publishing equipment. By rewarding these customers for products they are already purchasing, these organizations can save for these upgrades without any additional effort on their part.

EM2B participants can save their EM2B dollars for up to two years and participants can combine their EM2B dollars with rebates and specials that are offered by the equipment manufacturers. This will help EM2B participants save even more money.

To show our commitment to the success of the EM2B program, Customers who register for the program by June 30, 2009, will receive their 2% rewards on all qualifying purchases that were made going back to October 1, 2008.

"This is a huge undertaking for us," said Schlobohm. "When you look at our product line, you'll see that most of our items qualify for the EM2B rewards program."

All Polyline customers have to do to participate in the program, is enroll at www.PolylineCorp.com/EM2B. Polyline will handle the complicated math and ensure customers' EM2B dollars are applied to their accounts every month.

Resellers and special bid customers do not qualify for the program. For more information or to learn if you qualify, call us at 1-800-701-5865. You can also fill out the program registration form on www.PolylineCorp.com/EM2B/ and a Polyline media expert will contact you with more information.

6 Ways to Save Money with Polyline

To give a helping hand to our customers, we've compiled a short list of 5 money-saving ideas. The primary focus is saving money with Polyline on media and media packaging, but many of the ideas can work in other areas.

1. Check out the clearance section and get creative.
Sometimes we discontinue a specific color of packaging because it just wasn't as popular as we expected it to be. Sometimes we're able to get a really good price on a limited number of items. Shaking up your product packaging and artwork will keep your product looking fresh. It also gives you the opportunity to capitalize on overstocked and discontinued items.

2. Subscribe to polyNEWSline and other marketing emails.
You already know about the exclusive discounts offered in polyNEWSline. And, when we're starting a new sale or rebate program, we try to offer it through our newsletter first.

3. Combine your orders. Instead of purchasing three cartons of products a month, purchase six cartons every two months and capitalize on volume discounts.

4. Make your own co-op. Check with a neighboring business to see if you use similar products. Combine your orders to capitalize on volume discounts and reduced shipping costs.

5. If you need to purchase equipment (like a disc printer or publisher), call and ask if there are any sales or rebates available.
Sometimes manufacturers give out bonus discounts and incentives to their biggest and best resellers (like Polyline). When manufacturers selectively give out these incentives, the reseller is specifically instructed not to advertise them. If our sales staff knows you're in the market for an item, they can call you when these "secret" discounts become available.

6. Order online. If you're placing an order for less than $100, place your order online to avoid the small order fee. Another benefit to ordering online is our "save shopping cart" feature, which saves time for our customers who regularly order the same items. You can save up to five different shopping carts and name them.
